What subscription packages do you offer? We currently offer one subscription package: Our monthly Diaspora Box.  In this subscription service, our character's Grear & Guaye learn about the culture of a country within the African Diaspora each month.

What items are included in every package? Every month, we carefully select each item in the Little Doebahyou box to ensure that you and your child have a fun, authentic cultural and educational experience. Each box includes one (1) pen-pal letter from Grear & Guaye, one (1) country passport stamp sticker, one (1) fact sheet regarding the country of the month, one (1) country flag, one (1) map of the country,  three (3) cultural activities, one (1) cooking activity, and one (1) journal activity.
Your first subscription package also serves as an intro kit, and will include one (1) passport, one (1) travel journal, one (1) sheet of decorative journal stickers, one (1) box of colored pencils, one (1) pen, one (1) luggage tag, and one (1) suitcase   

What is the recommended age range for children subscribing to Little Doebahyou? The recommended age range for  Little Doebahyou is 5 to 10 years old. 

How do subscriptions work for siblings?  Families can order individual subscriptions for each sibling, or they can share one subscription amongst multiple siblings. To share a subscription, please enter both children’s names (ex: Jayda and Bill) for the child’s shipping information, or a family name (“The Kepple Kids” or the “The Keppel Family). 

How much does a Little Doebahyou subscription cost? One subscription to Little Doebahyou costs $22.95 per month. $19.95 for the subscription plus $3.00 shipping and handling. 

How soon after I place my order will my Little Doebahyou subscription start? For your initial order please allow 4 to 6 weeks for your Little Doebahyou subscription to start and for you to receive your first package. After the first month, the subsequent packages ship on the last Friday of each month.    

What is your cancellation policy? If you have signed up for automatic renewal subscription plan where we bill you on a monthly basis, you can cancel your subscription at any time. Your satisfaction is very important to us. Please email us at: hello@littledoebahyou.com and we will process your cancellation.

When will I be billed? If you subscribed to the auto renewal plan, you are charged for your first package on the day that you sign up for your subscription. Subsequent monthly charges will occur on the 16th of each month. For our month to month customers, Your credit card with be charged at the time you submit your order on our website. Please note that we bill in advance of packages being shipped in order to process the shipments.

Can I order Little Doebahyou as a gift? Absolutely! To gift Little Doebahyou , When you place your order you can send a gift email to the recipient to let them know their gift is on the way! You can include a personalized gift message that will be included with the first package of your subscription. 

Can I order a Little Doebahyou subscription to be delivered outside the United States? Currently, Little Doebahyou is only being shipped in with the U.S. Join our mailing list and you’ll be the first to know when that changes!

What payment methods do you accept? We accept all major credit cards including Visa, MasterCard, and American Express, and PayPal.    

Can I purchase a subscription to Little Doebahyou in a retail store? Currently, Little Doebahyou subscriptions are only available for purchase through our website.

Can I apply more than one coupon code to my order? No, only one coupon code can be applied to each order. Coupon code(s) cannot be combined with any other offers and/or applied retroactively to previously placed orders.

How does your automatic renewal feature work? When you sign up for our auto renewal feature you will only have to order your first box. After that, a new box is  automatically sent to you every month.

How can I update the address associated with my subscription if I move? You can log into your account and update your information there.

How do I report an issue with my service or box?   Please send an email to us at hello@littledoebahyou.com. We will respond to all emails in the order they are received and within 48 business hours (Monday to Friday).

My payment information has changed, how do I update it? You can log into your account and update your information there.

Do you accept returns? We do not accept returns, but we encourage you to email us at hello@litledoebahyou.com to share your concerns.

My box was missing an item, how do I correct this? Please send an email to hello@littledoebahyou.com and we’ll get that fixed asap! 

How do I share my picture with Little Doebahyou? We love seeing your pictures on social media! If you are posting images on Facebook, Instagram or Twitter be sure to tag us (@littledoebahyou on all social media) and use the hashtag #LittleDoebahyou so we can share your photos on our page as well!
